It's been 11 months since i last pop-ed from Tekong. Still in army, yes.. left with less than 9 months.. Weeeee!~ Things are not much different from then in the outside, but when it comes to army context.. I've gotten alot more busier, could hardly find anytime to rest or even go to the gym. It's so busy to be a specialist especially when you're in infantry.

-sigh-

1 year ago i was a recruit listening to my sergeants, learning how to fold a smart no. 4, how to strip the rifle.. Right now it's my turn to share the knowledge to the newly enlisted recruits.. Whatever i thought was unreasonable and illogical in the past as a recruit all makes sense now.. I sort of understood why they did certain things at certain times, they may seemed to be very free, but they were actually doing alot of stuffs behind the scenes that the recruits may not know and understand. Furthermore, it's really difficult to be a sergeant especially when you're being sandwiched up and down, neither here nor there.. I now know how it felt like..

finally gonna get to eat the lagsana i've soo been looking forward to =]

went to get the chocolates & ichigo bliss and rushed straight to her place, took kinda long though.. went straight to the kitchen and there it was!~

there was lagsana, potato salad, tomatoes, clam chowder & ichigo bliss. Even though it was the first attempt, it tasted excellent!~ .. really.. Thanks!~ =D

after dinner headed to E-hub to watch the movie "Madagascar"

10 days have past since my last post, and many things have happened since then..

1) steamboat - Nov 4

Work
shall start off with a little more about work.. when i was in the room alone with siti, i thought things couldn't get any worse~ and i was expecting that the return of Deniece would mean that the work load would be lighter cos some of the job scope would be returned to her. but i was wrong.. so wrong.. yes, indeed, her original jobscope was taken back, BUT now we have to cover scanning as well!! suddenly all of them came in with boxes of files to scan! holy~~ last count before we left was more than 25.. this is a record breaking moment, but it will continue to reach a new height everyday. it's so depressing to go into that "warehouse", there are boxes everywhere which blocked up the pathway. urrggghh.. Lucky YL and wendy dropped by and helped to sort a couple of boxes worth of files. Thanks alot =]

1) steamboat - Nov 4
Had steamboat session at YL's house after work, i'm not sure why i was so tired, but.. yah, was really tired that night. Went home after work to collect the 'poh piahs' from my mum and headed to yl's place. KR also made some cheesee finger food =D i really liked it alot, cheese sausages+mushroom+crabstick+cheese. Woo.. -drools- anw, everyone ate till really full that night, while eating yl kept calling her uncle "Jiujiu", i thought she was calling me sia, "Qiuqiu" so i quickly responded, but she wasn't calling me, so pai seh lor. Then she kept laughing. I've also became fatima that night and bryan later shocked us with 5 tubs of ice cream~! LOL, there were only 7 of us leh.. xD Went to the room to slack awhile and we started playing charade.

2) hot chocolate - Nov 6
Hehehe.. he's neither my dad nor my neighbour. he's a lab technician in a lab that i used to do my project at. nice dude. anw, i'll get the hot chocolate next time okay? *wink*

3) blood donation - Nov 8
Met up with the rest and headed HSA @ Outrum Park. YL and i applied to donate blood, but somehow they didn't allow her to donate. so i was the only one who donated >.<> o. had some refreshment and headed to bugis national library. KR and i looked for some cookery books =] looking forward to more of her cookings. next destination was suntec where yl wanted to get her mouse and some nail polish. While travelling, i exchanged bag with KR, cos it was my fault that her bag was so heavy.. <--- supposed to have more story, but the post screwed up.. grrrr..

4) teddy show - Nov 9
Went to Teddy show with KR =P the scale wasn't as big as we had expected, there aren't much variety as well, so it's quite disapointing. Went to walk around randomly and we went into this "MOS" LOL, no la.. MICA, there was an art exhibition there. Love the yellow river drawing!~ Took a bus to 201 to collect the specs, and headed to Ikea!~ woo.. Looked for mirrors and saw so many interesting stuff. KR also found a suitable bowl to make lasagna. hehehe. Then we went to meet brad to make his specs and also pierce his ear. i'm soooo looking forward to taste that lasagna.

5) the great hunt - Nov 10
map in left hand, marker in right, marched down the streets with great determination & perseverence, had a difficult time trying to figure out the place. it took about 2hrs++ to locate it. walked home with a sense of achievement. hohoho!~

6) the apple & surprise - Nov 11
didn't plan this, but since we're meeting then why not today? hehehe.. shall not go into details. *Triga Triga*

today.. is "wen xiao di's" birthday =]

but we celebrated yesterday, watched a movie called "butterfly lovers". the original story that this show used was supposed to be really sad, but it didn't turn out anywhere close.. i'd say it's neither here nor there - not really that funny, nor is it really that lovey dovey.. overall, it was disappointing.. wasn't expecting much in the first place since there are already so much rumours about it being bad.. this is the second movie i've watched this week, the other one was "Max Payne" it was just as terrible.. =[ let's not talk about it..

anw, after movie went to blue oasis to have some drinks and EAT THE CAKE!~ yay.. but the evil "wen xiao di" smudge cakes on the faces of those sitting around her.. >.<

damn tiring day..

woke up early to meet sy and tong wee for some exercise, couldnt concentrate.. later went to watch movie, Eagle Eye.. it was ok la, since the show was kinda spoiled by my friends who told me the most important part of the story.. it's a 120min show but somehow it felt like it was 180min.. was so tired that i fell alseep during the show for a short moment. overall, i think it's still quite decent show even after being spoiled. =/

after show, went to safra for bowling with aia friends... yih liang went as well!~ he kept calling me qiuqiu~~ was so freaky la.. lol, i'm bad at bowling as well.. =[ it's one of the first few time i played bowling.. just barely pass thorugh the 50 barrier in the second game. haiz.. i only know how to stay home and be keyboard warrior.. after that went to a nearby coffee shop to have lunch, after eating, played "zhong ji mi ma" KR gathered some weird ingredients from each of our left over food, and used it as the punishment, but ok la.. not so bad, since we dont have to drink that damn stuff.. just eat the jelly inside that sick mixture.. had to eat one of it.. soo yucky!~ ewww~

didnt do much today, met up with jl and nelson to have a drink and chit chat.. and changed the background of the blog which was supposed to be changed a few days back, hmm.. but i think it's too messy.. was quite disappointed cos the image is supposed to be much clearer and sharper. after uploading it, the format changed to jpeg causing the resolution to be lower and thus blurer image =/ took me so much time to edit here and there..

work work.. file finding is no joke.. for the past 2 days have been searching for files for almost the whole day.. damn shag la.. it's so boring that it's mentally straining.. "have to stay awake" i keep telling myself.. once in awhile i'll go in to the room and open the secret snack stash to find something to chew on.. just finished the last coffee sweet today. arrgghh.. and the fact that i'm sitting right beside Yih Liang doesn't make matters better. caught him red handed trying to change the wall paper yesterday.. picture below.. another freaky picture. haiz..

got a job about 2 weeks back.. it's gonna be 2 weeks already o.O it felt as if i started work just yesterday.. feeling very lucky to be surrounded by nice colleagues. simply cant stop laughing while listening to their conversations.. bunch of funny people =P the guy who sits behind me - Yih Liang, kept drawing pictures and setting them as the wallpaper. unfortunately, they are fffuuuuugggggglllly!~ wanna have a look at it? - picture below.. it was the second picture he drew, deleted the first one, no idea why it had a T on top of it's head. he even got my name wrong.. haha.. tmr he's gonna make a scarier one.. how can i work with a wallpaper like that? >.<

Ok, having two papers tomorrow. trying to study as much as i can, but can't seem to stop looking for food.. cake, cookies, sweets, bread, milk, biscuits, whatever there is in the fridge. or around it.. i'll go to the kitchen every now and then, hunting for food to stuff myself with, causing the supply to run very low. that's what happens when i stay home =/

hmm.. recently completed watching 2 more dramas.. First one was "Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi)" It's only a short 11 episodes drama and the story was originated from a manga. I think it's not too bad but it gets draggy and boring at the later part.. But the theme song for this show is really awesome, Okaeri by Ayaka. It'll be more meaning full if you've watched the show first..

Second drama that was completed, "Brown Sugar Macchiato ( 黑糖瑪奇朵)" This show is slightly better as the story line is much more catchy, as in you'd wanna watch the next episode to find out what's going on but the ending was kinda crappy.. The bonus that kept me to the show was the pretty ladies of course.. from 黑涩会美眉. My favourite of them all is 鬼鬼, both in terms of characters and looks. Her role in the show was very mischievous yet cute.

this long awaited day has arrived!~ final judging was held today which spells an end to the involvement in the project. well.. not really lah~ still gotta finish up the documentation.. but still, this feels good! Judges were impressed by the work produced by the blood and sweat of each individual group member. the holidays we sacrificed, long hours we stayed back and the never ending modifications/testing had all been paid off. need to thank the groupmates who've put in so much effort into this project and also Dr. Narissara for all the help she contributed, she even treated us to dinner at marina square breeks in the evening. met up with the other guys after dinner to play pool, it was just funny..

is a really awesome drink..

weather it's a $6.50 starbucks frappuccino,

a well presented espresso-based coffee,

$1 canned coffee,

or even typical 70¢ coffee shop coffee,

has never failed to keep me awake, the effect is really fantastic.. was gonna fall asleep any moment in class and was forcing my eye lids open, couldn't take it anymore so i went to cheers to get a can of coffee, which was just nearby, i came back to class with eyes wide open and still not tired till now which is around 11pm.

Just finished watching a drama, "My Boss, My Hero". feeling kinda emo after watching it.. =/ it makes me regret not enjoying my primary/secondary school days to the fullest.. come to think of it, i haven't had proper conversations with some of my class mates even though we were class mates.. haiz. it's too late now, never going to get another chance to do it all over agian. (´＿｀｡) but engineering was the right course indeed, now i'm one step closer to the time machine.. hmm.. the first thing i'm gonna change is probably my hairstyle.. hahahha.. see if you can identify which is me in that photo --->

eventful week indeed, first was the lan session at John's house with SY, then later in the week, met up with 2 friends whom i've not seen for a long time. first was Aaron, he didn't change much, except what he's wearing, no more t-shirt, bermudas and slippers. much more fashion-conscious i'd say. somehow he looks like a korean star now. Looking forward to meet him again, since he's going into NS and gonna get shaved.. muahahaha.. but must say he's really lucky since ippt had to be stopped for a couple of days. next was Andri, hmm.. i think he hadn't change at all. Maybe he grew a little bigger, probably cos of the overdose of fish & chips he's having over there. 3 days left to phuket trip with the guys. hohoho.. ☺

Ok..

weird day,

First lesson of the day was the cktcs lab, it was probably the first time since 3 years which i fully understood what the lecturer was teaching. Never have i left a class completely understanding what's going on till today. so i decided to have a blog entry on this very special day ☺

next was the project stuff, since i was assigned to deal with the pressure controllers.. oh.. blah.. blah.. blah.. it's pre-judging today and the thing didn't work like it did before.. it just suddenly broke down argggghhh >.<

next was the cds which i had gotten myself into... well, the subject is called 'Business Chinese & PRC Culture' but, nooooo... it's nothing near.. this was the first lesson that i had attended for that subject, and i received the notes, the title was, 'Business Correspondence in English'. "errmm, ok maybe it's not too bad, this is going to be easy" yeah, at least that's what i thought until i took a closer look at the notes, more than half of what's printed on it was in Chinese, and i haven't been good at it since primary school =/ Later in the exercises, we were told to refer to the English correspondence, and we were told to translate them into Chinese. !@#$ It's been about 3.5 years since i last tried to write this much words in Chinese. Luckily there's a eng-chi dictionary in the phone. That aside, why the ^%$# are we doing eng-chi translation in this 'Business Chinese & PRC Culture' class and i suppose we'll be doing this for the rest of the semester as well, cos the notes, are all alike. I just checked the lecturer's details and it says, "Specialisation: Business Comm skills and E/C language translation" I'm so screwed..

Back to project pre-judging, since i had cds during the pre-judging period, i missed quite abit of what the judge had to say about the project, when i went back , he was about to leave already. from what i heard from my group mates, the judge was full of criticism and no praises. We all worked really hard on this project, ahhh.. oh well.. =/

Went for Iron Man the movie with a huge group of people in the evening at princess, we had planned to watch it at tampines GV for the convenience of everyone, but there weren't much seats available already =/ so we decided to head to princess instead!~ It's one of the first time i went out with so many people to catch a movie, there were like 14 guys. Even sorting out the tickets was a hassle.. i think the show is not too bad, if you like the idea of being a hero and stuff like that you're bound to love this one. watched "L change the world" yesterday night, and i thought it wasn't up to expectations.. being a spin off from death note, i was looking forward to lots of mind games and kinda stuff, like battle of the geniuses.. but it wasn't really shown much in this movie. was also hoping to see more of misa misa, but she was only given a short scene. =( but at least this time there's a really sweet looking little girl to make it up for that.. i'll rate this show 3.5/5

watched CJ7 yesterday.. previously saw on tv "the making of cj7" which reveals that part of the movie is actually the childhood of Stephen Chow. The kid is kinda like acting young stephen, he's really talented in acting, i'm sure he'll make it big someday. Overall, the show was pretty boring throughout but CJ7 is very well animated and really cute, reminds me of my cat, so i'll rate the show 3/5. heard ah long pte ltd is just as boring, so i'm not watching that, which leaves jumper and 27 dresses to be watched. also looking forward to meet the spartans and wall e. Which are coming soon.

happy new year to whoever left reading my boring blog..

there are so many shows that i wanna watch, CJ7, 27 dresses, jumper and ah loong pte ltd. watched Kung fu dunk yesterday on "chu yi". it's similar to Shaolin Soccer.. except that the game changed to basketball instead.. it's like a complete rip off of SS. overall the show is not too bad, rate it 2.5/5 for lack of originality.

relatives came to "bai nian" at my place today and i gotta say i hate kids.. I don't have the patience to handle them.. here are some bad experiences i have with them today.. first they do some barrel rolls on my bed..

next they bully my cute cat

then they use my precious tigers to tempt the cat

and they stuff sweet wrappers at corners of my bed and throw some on the floor (that's the kind of kid you'll get if you have a maid at home)

i dont think i'll wanna have any children in the future.. well my opinion might differ, but for now.. it's definitely not what i have in mind.. they're troublesome and playful and noisy and irritating and disturbing and bad mannered and awwww.. the list goes on.. it's simply horrible.. well, it's already over.. so.. forget it. their kids afterall.. anyway i only see them once a year :P

now gotta get back to rush-project mood, PR2 on Wednesday and aim to complete by 29 Feb, but there's so much more to be done.. =/

finally was done with the nafa test.. it's the 2nd attempt though, and got over it with a silver award. this time some of the testers demand higher standards, i still managed to pull through.. but i was short of 7cm for standing broad jump to get gold.. it's pretty wasted.. but silver is good enough for me, think about the two extra months in NS xD

attended a conference in the morning at st regis hotel, it was rather boring and i didn't really do much there, spent lots of time at the refreshments room. haha, but the only dish i liked was the crab cake.. also met some familiar faces, but we didn't speak to each other. i'm such an introvert =/ needa socialise more..

Temasek Polytechnic's Booth: there wasn't much for us to display, no samples, no simulations, no videos.. we only have 4 posters and some brochures to give away. it was quite pathetic =( see? there is nothing much to even talk about it..

we had a table and 2 chairs there as well.

Ngee Ann Polytechnic's booth: they had some simulation of a sushi dispenser using LabView to run the program. basically, if you look at the middle of the conveyor belt, you'll see a black box, the box, senses the sushi in front of it and sends the information of it to the computer, the information includes: duration of the sushi on the belt, no. of the same sushi on the belt. it then consolidates the data and blah.. blah.. blah.. so the main point is that it disposes any sushi that is left on the belt for over X mins(you can set the time). the prototype looks promising, but i don't think the sushi restaurants need this. perhaps companies could buy the idea for other applications..

this vehicle was stationed at another entrance of the hotel, took some pictures of it and realised that it actually uses the same emergency stop button as the project i'm working on.. quite surprising.. o.O

fwah! feeling so talented in "san zhi jin" lol, the three words thing that your primary school chinese teacher forces you to memorise.. forgot everything liao.. Went to the CGH after having breakfast, waited for about 1hr 30mins to be my turn, was kinda unlucky cos the doctor had to leave to attend to a surgery, that's why it took so long, go polyclinic geng mc also no need to wait this much. consulted the doctor and took x-ray, nothing really serious, just some ligaments thorn, but doctor told me to stop jogging for 2 weeks and freaking gave me 7 days mc, i was only expecting 2-3days, when she said 1 week mc, i was like fwah! later got bandaged by a group of trainee nurses , their a group of nice and friendly people, ladies and guys probably around 18-20? the nurse who bandaged my ankle was sweet and bandaged really well, and.. noo, i'm not going to post pictures of it here xD below is the chao monkey mentioned above, it's basically an advertisement, 1st one is the original followed by a series of spoofs.. haha, the 2nd one is a spoof well done..

changed ISP from net to hub recently due to the Odex incident and also friend's kept telling me "for optimum gaming performance, choose Starhub" i wasn't the one who made the decision to change anyway.. i think that it had became worst.. yes, no joke here, even though the speed is higher but it's extremely inconsistent ranging from 3Mb-13Mb, it is as shown in the 2 images below. was using net 1.5Mb and tried the same speed test, the results were consistent of 1500, unlike the Hub's 12Mb. Downloading became slower as well, from a consistent 160KBps to sometimes as low as 20KBps-220KBps.. damn.. and.. no.. i'm not paid by singnet.. =/

It's been several days since Shawn won the title of Campus Super Star, there is this thought that kept bugging me.. why is it that in every of such audience-voted competitions won by guys? Weird isn't it? Final 2 of SI was both guys for both seasons, in project super star and campus superstar, they made it a point to have one of each sex to be in the final 2, however, it's always the guys that won.. This time round it was Shawn, i prefer Keely though =P

I'm not being sexist saying that ladies are incompetent. I guess it's probably that the only ones who actually vote are female, maybe there is just a handful of guys who had voted, but they can't out vote the girls, can they? It's always the girls who are voting, guys probably just support but no actions done xD that's why there is such a trend that only guys win..

One more thing that i dislike about such competition is that looks play a big part on getting your votes, one such example is Joakim, i'm sure most people would agree with me that his singing is not that great compared to the other contestants, however he's got some fans who thinks he is extremely cute and voted vigorously for him and there was even the "save Jokim fund" to bring him back to the competition in the revival round. I was like - wth are these girls doing?!? If you noticed, it's always the 'not so good looking' ones who got eliminated first.. the organisers should have made the ratio of audience votes to judge's marks, 50:50 instead of 70:30. this would probably make it more fair.. however, there are also those who are wiling to spend a fortune on their son/daughter.. It is on an chinese newspaper article that Shawn's mum spent over 10k to get his son the title. pity i cant find the article anymore =/

when the competition was held, i was discussing it with other 'forumers' How is it that this small kid came so far, we thought it was the power of the 'Aunties United' but thought it has to be.. but i felt that we were awfully wrong when i saw this article =/ some 'forumer' said that it's a shame that the title was 'bought'. If you're rich, you might want to consider joining this competition, that is if you can make it to the top 12 in the first place. we were also discussing the about other contestants, and Zhen Ning looks like several people xD and Keely looks like Apple Hong. I think she looks really sweet. but if you'll ask me, my dream girl is none other than, Jolin! there is a stereotype that everyone who likes Jolin is simply because of her boobs, that's not true, i'm a living example to prove that wrong.. even if she has A cup i'd still find her gorgeous. there is also a misconception that her boobs are G cup, it's only a rumor made by the journalists to attract people..

Went to Andri's house with wy to stay overnight.. brought along our laptops of course, played wc3 throughout the night till the next morning xD

Slept till pretty late and slacked around till we decided to set off to buy the bbq stuffs.. Brad and cy joined while we were shopping for the stuffs. Bought as much food that could feed me for a whole week, the receipt was around 52 cm long >.< style="font-weight: bold;"> boon and jl joined in, the food was pretty good, especially the potato wedges and the bacons =) went to swim and stayed for another night and wc3 through the night again.

Slacked at his house till afternoon and decided to catch a movie at century square, "Alone" It's from the producers of shutter, so had a pretty high expectation for it.. but it wasn't as good. Though the story was kinda unpredictable, but it's not really very scary and doesn't leave an impression like shutter did.. so i'll rate it 6/10. Went for the first Japanese class with Brad after the movie. Though i had Jap lessons in tp before but forgot most of it =/

haven't been able to create new posts recently till now.

today is a bad day, had a bad morning to begin with.. and also it's ccn day, the day where the school concourse level is packed with people every corner. canteens are like never before. cos.. they're practically empty!! you'll probably only see such a phenomenon once every year..

school is not very fun now, it's packed with projects and tests.. =/ there is also like 3 hours of break every monday, tuesday and thursday.. we usually just hang out at the library and sit around but yesterday i found a new tekken khaki. YAY!

things are not going as smoothly as i had hoped, couple of tests next week too.. life has been kinda boring since the new semester.. usually i'd just head back home after the long and tiring classes.. haven't watched movies for quite some time. movies.. movies!! Movies!! hmm.. if my life were a movie, it would be... a dark comedy nobody understands.

watched 'just follow law' yesterday with wy and jl after wy's work at ps. i think it's not as bad as it's being described on the magazines.. i'll rate it 3.5/5 stars. It's pretty funny and as usual there is always a moral to the story.. but this is the only movie that has so much advertisement in it, cos of the sponsors.. new moon, super, the facial products and mei zhen siang.

what's next would probably be 'letters iwo jima', 'rocky balboa' (out on the same day as my last paper =Þ) there is this other korean show about a boy and his sister, found a stray dog and adopted it, they had fun and grew attached to the dog, one day the dog met an accident and fell into water as the cracks on the ice gave way. the girl went to see if the dog is okay fell into the water herself as the ice there wasn't strong enough to withstand her weight. the girl died but the dog was alright. the boy blamed her death on the dog and abandoned it. the dog was later captured by some people, the guy saw but did nothing and walked away, the dog somehow managed to find the guy.. the story is kinda touching, i'm going to watch it but i don't know the title of the movie..

gonna change the format of the blog and everything about it, it'll be a whole new blog, well sorta.. it's gonna talk about things happening around everyone and not about my daily life.. after the exams.. lots of things needa be done, update ipod, psp, study for sup papers, find a job, watch all the nice movies, catching up with friends and stuff..

watched protege, its cool and really nice.. good story line and pretty realistic, heard the director researched 3 years on the topic. twins mission wasn't as good, it's kinda disappointing.. the bad graphics, unrealistic story and stuff like that.. i'll rate protege 4/5 and twins mission 2/5 stars.. looking forward to watch "just follow law" and "epic movie". my brother said that "just follow law" is pretty good, so i've decided to give it a try, and some people say "epic movie" is really funny but others rated it kinda low.. i've also decided to give it a try anyways.. who wants to watch those movies can give me a call..

ITS LUNAR NEW YEAR!! wooo!! weee.. yay... end of bad luck, cos here comes good luck =) (only apply for dragon babies =Þ) but it didn't feel right, it doesnt feel like lunar new year =/ cos.. theres... no longer.. Dragon Ball Z.. haha, yes.. dragon ball Z. when i was probably in primary school, there would always be this cartoon on channel 8 in the morning on Chu Yi (1st day of the new year) and i'd always watch it, cos it's pretty interesting. recently they don't show that anymore.. and i miss it =/ muscular gold-haired man flying around the globe, fighting as though they are destroying the planet and stuff.. haha.. anyways, happy lunar new year everyone!

i think i'm not gonna blog anymore.. getting kinda lazy =P

omigosh!! it's 14th and my law project is not done yet xD it's already 1 week overdue.. damn! and 14th February.. Valentine's day.. is a day which lonely singles like me feel helpless, restless and lifeless.. it just makes me wanna stay at home.. there are couples everywhere holding hands and stuff.. roses everywhere, and love is in the air.. -sniff sniff-

went to wy's house to help paint his room this afternoon.. he painted my toe with white paint!! -.-" and i painted his as well when he wasn't noticing.. wahahaha.. his room is all white.. would've look better if its blue or some other colour.. my room's pink =P didnt stay over cos there was no one else..

TP is great!! A place filled with pretty girls and they are all very hot!! lots and lots and lots of them.. but not in the engineering side.. well there are some there as well but not as frequently seen as in other schools.. its kinda rare to see pretty girls in engineering.. there are a few in the cds class that i went to who are from engineering as well.. tp probably has more of them than on orchard road… its a beautiful day… finished with "Nobuta wo Produce" the ending is really sad, nice show overall, i'll rate it 4/5 ₧… Next i'll be moving to "Kurosagi"

Been dotaing alot more than usual recently.. needa train for an upcoming event =Þ if i havent been replying in msn means that i'm most probably dotaing.. haha.. sorry about that xÞ there are 2 movies that i'd like to watch, their "One Last Dance" and "Pan's Labyrinth" they both comes out today and i want to watch!! Went to school just like any other wednesdays.. zzz.. classes as boring as usual.. yep.. the cds class is the most boring.. dont like the lecturer's way of teaching.. he names out everyone, one by one to answer questions.. claiming that some students were hiding behind other students so he had to resort to this.. i'd rather he not do this.. kinda reluctant to attend to his classes now.. met up with 'tong tong' after which we walked home together.. we usually walk home unless any of us had to go somewhere else then i would take 291 to avoid the crowd at the bus stop opposite tp.. ok, anyways.. since it's been such a boring day, we decided to take a different path home.. got kinda lost at first.. but we still managed to find our way.. haha.. came across this park where theres a little pond at the corner of it.. it's damn polluted.. theres cigarette buds, plastic bags, leaves, bugs, etc.. there are no fishy inside.. what a waste, it's a nice place... there used to be fishy in there, cos i remembered when i was in primary school, went there to meet up with friends and played there abit and watched the fishy.. haiz.. primary school memories huh? during secondary school, the place which would bring back most memories(other than the school itself) would be the Pavilion.. There was a lan shop, pool/billiard and kbox.. we would go there most of the time, cos theres everything that we could or would do.. and 2 cinemas just nearby.. it's very convenient.. even during the poly first year days when we had long breaks, zhi hao and i would go there sometimes to play pool to past time.. now their tearing that building apart and the DBS building(once called sogo) along with it.. aaarrrggghhh.. tampines has become a boring place.. the only thing left to do is movie and probably arcade.. wednesdays and thusrdays are dont-like-school days cos of the cds.. their extremely boring.. i'd rather spend the time stoning away.. but i always look at the bright side.. cos those are the only classes that have pretty girls.. pretty pretty girls.. haha =Þ

The only thing that came to my mind when i start typing this post is the sad defeat at tekken today.. haiz.. changed the background back to the old one.. yep.. feeling so sianz recently, kinda still in holiday mood.. i don't like to attend classes.. especially engineering classes.. the engineering school is like the 'house of the dead' either that or 'house of the wax' the place is so dead.. everyone are like walking zombies.. half dead and dying.. and why house of wax? cos most of the time everyone just stones away in class.. no joke.. especially if you failed a module and repeat it, you get mixed up with the other guys and since most of us dont know each other, everyone just goes into stone mode in class.. some of you might think otherwise, but at least, that's the case for mtn or maybe the classes i'm in.. but it's not too bad, at least some classes there are still friends around to chit chat in some classes =P

tiring weekend..

since saturday,
went out kinda early in the morning to meet wy to buy something.. called boon and jl along. first thing we did when we're at bugis is but of course head to the arcade and have a few rounds of tekken!! theres many pros there of course, one guy challenged me while i'm playing, lost to him twice but kept trying cos hes not really that good finally at the third try won.. after that didnt dare to play anymore.. haha, too many pros like i mentioned.. o.O then headed to have lunch at subway.. after which decided to play battlefield at a nearby lanshop.. but it has closed down =/ tried the lanshop opposite the arcade as well but there werent available coms that has battlefield.. we ended up at lanshop in eastpoint playing dota.. Cant remember the wins and loses.. didnt play long until brad came and we left for century square to tekken.. had a very stressful exchange of blows with wy in tekken.. didnt know what to do after that so we watched a movie "Blood Diamond" and damn.. the tickets are with wy.. he said he'd give it to me after the show.. i think it's a pretty nice movie overall, some of the kids call themselves "see me no more" and "baby killer" , the movie is kinda long winded but touching. i like it though..

It's the 2nd show that i like that has Leonardo DiCaprio in it.. the other one is "The Aviator".. long winded as well but touching.. yet another one i'll like to watch would be "Catch me if you can" heard it's good. yea, it's a movie in 2002, and channel 5 is showing it today (sunday evening) but didnt watch it >.< gonna get the cd soon..

After the show wy felt really enthu about tekken, he said he was thinking about the tekken moves while watching the movie and we decided to go over to his place to play through the night but boon went home, he want feeling well.. It's a loooong night.. haiz.. just typing it out would be long and probably complicating.. first, came to my house, took the psp charger and a quick bath and went off on separate ways.. wy and jl went to take the ps2 from his uncle, as it's more convenient compared to take it from boon or brad.. brad and i went to brad's home to take the disc, extra controller and memory card.. and we would meet at wy's house.. it was around 12:10am when we left brad's place and headed for wy's.. at around 12:40am we're pretty near wy's house and brad suddenly realised that he FORGOT to bring the disc!! omg.. how careless can a person get? lol.. so we met up with the rest to see what could be done and came up with the solution that we (brad and i) head back to brad's house to collect the disc once again.. and so we did.. ahh.. -take a deep breadth- around 1:40am we reached back at wy's and we thought it was all over and we could start playing.. but.. thing's aren't as smooth as we thought it's gonna be.. the ps2 couldn;t read the disc.. and we concluded that it's the disc's problem as there were many scratches on the disc.. so we called up boon to get the same game from him.. this time, wy and i took a cab there at about 2:30am.. we got the disc and tried it with great anticipation, but the same reaction appears.. and came up with the 2nd conclusion.. it's the ps2 problem.. we all sighed.. as the thought of all the effort wasted sucks.. it's about 3:30am then, so we decided to sleep and go to boon's house to play in the morning.. hoping that his ps2 works.. our 3 hr+ of effort for nothing =/ we chit chat and messed around till it was about 5:10am.. but brad was still training away with the psp.. >.< style="font-weight: bold;">brad suggested dotaing at eastpoint again but jl went home.. yeah.. we went there and played dota indeed.. with 4 other guys, but the outcome was terrible.. we lost 3 rounds of 3.. it's really bad.. grrr.. so sianz.. dinner at kobayashi as usual and headed home for their man u match >.<>

arghh..

so many things happening around me..
don't know what's going on..
been moody today..
didn't enjoy the classes held.. (especially law)
didn't do well for the paper..
was expecting higher grades since it was pretty easy..
kinda emotional lately..
saw some pictures taken in the past.. (secondary level)
thought back about it..
felt silly and happy, and at the same time, regretful..
did many wrong doings in the past.. (not sinful deeds, but you know..)
many opportunities missed..
and never to return again..
it's all too late..
felt pretty bad about my life..
lots of path wrongly taken..
played and slacked too much since secondary school..
even the days before the Os..
didn't really prepare much for the big O.. (not what you're thinking)
it's probably cos i take things too lightly..
rarely felt stressful like what the others always claim to be..
entered a course that i don't even know why i'm in..
if only i didn't slack that much..
things would've looked brighter..
everything isn't going right..
sat down at the library during the break..
only to find out that i might be suffering from 'social anxiety disorder'..
i don't like to start a conversation with others..
cos i don't know what to talk about unless we share a common interest..
so usually..
i'll just sit at a corner doing my own stuffs..
don't know what to do next..
bad start for a new year..
feel so so so weak emotionally and physically..
gets upset very easily..
can't control my emotions..
maybe cos they are bottled up too much..
can't express myself either..
met so many pros in Tekken only to realise that i'm noob..
it rained this evening..
no idea why i had disliked the rain..
now that the weather is warm once again..

been really lazy to update recently..

saw the horoscope section of 8 days Nº846 pg 52 and this is what it wrote about Aries for the new year of 2007..

Arrgghh.. whats happening to this world.. why can't everyone be nice? Why are there such words like.. realistic, materialistic, greediness, unfaithfulness and many others.. If everyone is nice and being selfless, there would certainly be peace and harmony.. The so called 'Utopia' in many drama series..

And what's this crap? "Borat: Ciltural learning of america for make benefit glorious nation of Kazakhstan" yea, long name huh? it's a movie coming out in theatres December 28 that's rated R21 - Coarse Language and Nudity.. This is stupid!! You could pick out any kid from secondary school, i'm sure they could name easily name you 5 coarse words.. And for the nudity part.. thats even more ridiculous!! when kids could have sexual intercourse at the age of 16.. what's nudity? It doesn't make any sense does it? Andri says it's a nice show and 8 days rated 9/10 stars. awwww.. looks like gonna miss a nice show.. unless try to sneak in. haha =P watched Night in the museum, Death Note and Eragon.. whats left that interests me is probably Cusre of the golden flower.. but i heard it's not really nice.. anywayz if any of you wanna go any of these movies can call me go, i don't mind watching again =D
